Our 1st Year boys took part in a 4 game football blitz at St. Flannan's College this afternoon. They played teams from Kilrush Community School, St. Flannan's and St. Munchin's. They competed very well in all games. Thanks to Clare GAA for organising, St. Flannan's for hosting, our TY coaches Patrycja & Niamh and to Mr O'Connell for traveling with the group. On Monday, 20th October, the TY class travelled to Craggaunowen, one of Ireland’s leading heritage and cultural sites. They engaged in a skills training programme designed to give TY students practical, hands-on experience in blacksmithing, leatherwork, spinning, weaving & wool dyeing and wattle fence production, ogham demonstration & clay sculptures. @craggaunowen.ie ...
